Crowd Management Training is mandatory for Masters, officers, qualified ratings and other personnel designated on muster lists to assist passengers in emergencies on board passengers and ro-ro ships.

Description:

This course will provide complete Crowd Management Training required by regulation/2, paragraph 7 and Table A-V/2-1 in STCW. By completing the digital exam, you will receive a valid course certificate.

Content:

The course contains 3 chapters and a final test. Each chapter contains a “Content Overview” which will provide an overview of the objectives and learning outcomes set for each chapter. This way, you will be aware of your expected learning outcome throughout the course.

• Emergency plans, muster and evacuating passengers, 

• Assisting passengers en route (to muster and embarkation stations)

• Effective mustering procedures
